STEPS TO ENROLLMENT/RE-ENROLLMENT

1. SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW:

All families interested in enrolling at JJCC ACADEMY are invited to have an interview with our school principal. It is our joy to meet with you and learn more about your. Most appointments are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. interest in our academy.

2. THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED:

Copy of Most Recent Report Card.

Copy of Birth Certificate.

Copy of Immunization Records.

Copy of Most Recent Physical Health Examination.
